    How 'bout we make an exception to allow people to post firearms related goods for sale threads to be posted in this subforum? It's not super busy with new threads so I don't think it's going to congest things and let's face it, those who would be interested in those sort of items are subscribed to this subforum. I post them in the general for sale section of the classifieds but 99% of the people browsing through there really don't care about firearm related items. I've seen this on other car/motorcycle forums of similar size that have a firearms section and it seems to make more sense and keeps things active in the firearms subforum too.

    Thoughts? Ideas? Concerns?

    This was my thought too. I'd be curious to hear what other members and moderators have to say about this. Might help liven up this subforum a bit too since it seems like 95% of the traffic is in only two or three threads in here.

    Here's what seems to work in another forum and I can get on board with

    You will still need to create a FS ad in the proper BST area, but then there is a collective thread here which you can link your FS ad

    Feel free to start one but generally we don't want FS threads all over the site.
