i have found out WHY the oem leaf springs fail.

    I can say that the leaf springs them selfs suck at keeping their arch, but please say more...

    Drawn completely flat and no arch shown. it's taken from a Toyota dealers site. they have been made to look like the print!
    Big mistake!

    Well, even though the picture shows the leafs are flat, they are not flat from the factory.
    Not all of the diagrams are exact.

    Because the diagrams are not 3 dimensional and shows them from multiple views, in order to save page space and fit the entire setup in there I'm pretty sure that's why they made them flat.
