    After sitting in the sun, roll all your windows down for the 1st couple of minutes with the A/C turned all the way up. This will help expel much of the hot air. After a minute or two roll them up. If it's an excessively hot day and/or lots of stop and go traffic where not much air is passing over the condenser, the turn it to MAX or press the recirculate button....same thing.

    If you're one if those people that simply cranks up the A/C with the windows up after sitting in the sun....you'll never be a happy camper

    Isn't the FJ Cruiser transfer case that is mounted to the manual transmission AWD with a center locking diff?

    I use ac like 6 times a yr.
    I use it more just to keep the new compressor lubed.
