Yeah, wish I did that after I hit a dear with mine... that ride to work cost me $1000 and my insurance $2500. Damn I wish I took that money and got an ARB instead of factory replacements!!

Yea I saw an ARB on craigslist located not too far from me and I really want it, but I don't really have any money to spend on the truck besides my insurance deductible. I've been saving up for new tires.

I wonder how bad he is hurting. I definatly hit the crap out of him. He deserved it for playing reality frogger, it just sucks that the Tacoma didn't reach down and bitch slap him while he was down.

Are these trucks really that cheap? that a body can bend the fender, bumper and even the brackets?

Some of you are not reading. The radiator support ($350 by itself) and tie bar are bent. The fender and bumper will be reused. The dude got hit hard, I was surprised my grill wasn't cracked on the outside and both grillcrafts were still intact.

I gotta say, I know a lot of folks think it's kind of funny (and it is), but last month I had the "joy" of taking care of a guy that got hit by a truck, doing around a corner (so probably similar speeds). Broke 2 vertebra in his neck, 6 in his back, 4 or 5 ribs, dropped his lung on that side, had a broken wrist, jacked up his knee, and ripped his leg open enough that his quad was sticking out the side of his leg.

Chances are, this guy IS hurting today.

That being said, he still is a dumb ass for running into a truck.
