this reminds me of a story i heard last year about a paralegal who didnt pay her mortgage for 25 years and the bank could never foreclose on here because she knew the law and kept finding discrepencies in their methods, thus post poning the inevitable for 25 years! thats crazy !

Since when is it a ridiculous reply? Sorry, I didn't waste my time reading the entire book/thread. Are you upset with my 'bankruptcy' statement? Or was that already mentioned....I'm sorry if I stepped on someones toes or offended anyone

I've seen & known several people who've gone thru bankruptcy just to get out of debt.

So...what was it that you were complaining about? :D

so, you make a post in the thread bashing the OP, without reading the thread, and are now trying to turn around on another member?

It's ridiculous because the OP HAS been paying HIS bills. The morgage holder stopped paying her bills and caused the situation. Your admonishment about learning to pay his bills makes you look like a bit of a moron, eh?

His post wasn't about getting out of a mortgage or taking something he isn't entitled to. Legally he gets 90 days and the bank tried to bully him out of it. He got the better of them, but still got a pretty shitty deal, because of the people you are prattling on about.

I would say its ridiculous because you went straight at him like a lot of other douche nozzles in here. Don't know the facts so you assumed he didn't pay. Instead of getting more info or reading, you made your own judgements and told him how to manage his responsibilities that don't even exist. Turns out he is renting and has nothing to do with the foreclosure.

Lol! Thanks for restating your ignorance! "Search you fools" is your quote, and yet you refuse to do the same!
Please don't reply to a post unless you've read the pertinent information, or be prepared for fellow members to chastise your ignorance.
And nobody cares if your house is paid off, plenty of people with their houses paid off on TW, this has no relevance to the OP's situation. But thanks for telling us how superior you are!

I just find it humorously ironic that you always bash on somebody for not searching or otherwise informing themselves on the contents of a thread, and here you are posting completely in the wrong, and now trying to turn around and make everyone else feel at fault.

You can't post on page 11, if you haven't read the other 10.. what are you basing your opinion on? Do you pick up a book, look at the cover and go to the last page? What the hell did they teach you in school?
