Since you can't smoke afterwards, that's probably why 2 NorthWest pilots fell asleep over St Paul, MN. a few years back :D

    Anyway, back to the topic.

Is there a TW nick name for someone who starts a thread and never posts in it answering questions and what not?

the way I read this is:
OP is a tenant in a home that the lender is proceeding with foreclosure on the mortgage.

and to me it reads: the lender wanted the tenant (OP) out before the 90 days.

it's possible the home was being sold (short sale) and the buyer wanted to close before the 90 days.

and banks or mortgage lenders are not necessairly douchebags...moreover, it's the poiticians who dictate/regulate lending that are usually the douchebags.

and for the record: I'm not in the banking or mortgage business.

    It’s not trolling though

It’s more like the dude premature ejaculated. Hyped it up like it was a really cool deal, but was not able to fulfill the need of the thread. I almost feel used and abandoned at this point. He led us all on and was not able to execute when needed most.

    I say he a PreJac!

Dude, that's nothing to be proud of. You admit you owe someone money and don't or can't pay? Today's culture is scary.

Violation of minor foreclosure rules by banks is far less an issue as people defaulting on their mortgages. Funny how you never hear those being foreclosed saying "I was current on my mortgage payments". People need to take personal responsibility for their defaults and stop blaming the banks.
