Quick mod today! Thanks ME-SO Customs. Now hint of advice...USE a #3 bit with an impact gun to remove the screw! That sucker is on there!!!

Why isn't his gas cap dangling down low? Why does his gas door have a healthy looking glow?

I really like Meso’s stuff but I don’t see the point in these? The gas cap just hangs down on the plastic fender flair while filling so it doesn’t contact any paint. Am I missing something with this?

 

Mostly just for your own amusement, but if your fender flare is covered with dirt, which is the case up here most days in the Pacific Northwest, it doesn’t make a great place to rest your gas cap. And, most of Oregon is still served by gas station attendants during all hours.

Some attendants have been careful about resting the cap on the flare with the inside portion of the cap away from the dirt.
Most use the tether and place it in the door clip.
A few have used the Gasshole and also noticed the sticker I placed inside of the Gasshole.
It’s a good conversation piece and I’ve seen a few smirks and grins from attendants.
