Hint: it's in "off-topic." You don't have to sort through off topic. No one is asking you to. Just put it down and walk away.

But is is a really fucking stupid thread, and I am going to unsub from it again.

That was a mighty fine rant. Your score could have been significantly higher if you had used bold letters and a few swear words. All in all you did a great job...

    really? it's hard for you?

dude...you have 5 posts here. it's not all that hard, even for an old fart like myself.

    a tutorial:

PART #1: read thread title (at this point most will make a qicck judgement weather or not a THREAD MAY BE OF INTEREST)

PART #2: do the scroll over (this will almost always tell if the title is sincere or funny or sarcastic or bait)

PART #3: here is where you move on or open thread

PART #4: at this point you have made the commitment (woot) and go ahead and read a few posts. assuming you found the courage to open said thread.

PART #5: after reading a few posts, you still have the option of moving on, however...if the thread seems of interest, you may read more (or all) posts and find yourself...enlightened...pizzed...full of laughter...full of hate...or otherwise entertained.

PART #6: now...you really have to make a decision, have you invested enough time into the thread to post yourself. do you like, dislike, agree or disagree with other members post to quote and comment...or is it in your best interest of time management to just sub it and re visit it later.

PART #7: assuming you like the thread, and are willing to invest more time to it...but have your own perspective or info to add...you may make the choice to post for the membership at large to view.

PART #8: be prepared to qualify your position if challenged. and be prepared to have fun along the way.

PART #9: and probably the most important part: do this while making a few new cyber friends...do this while remaining one of the unbanned...and do it for fun.

There are a ton of good folks on most good forums like this one. There is a ton of good info about your truck or other aspects of life. There are peeps of all ages, sizes, colors, and walks of life.

    Enlighten, enjoy, and learn.

If everyone would just not post in his future threads...he would probably stop posting threads that are completely pointless

Oh, come on. It would be so easy to get 50,000 people to agree and then stick to their commitments.

Then he'd start 100 threads asking why people don't post in his threads.

At least they wouldn't pop up all the time in the recent threads cause no one would reply to them

And it's only the 105th day of 2012, so we are averaging more than one new thread per day.
