Nothing special just the day we picked it up. Traded my wrangler in on it. 987c0d9ec6fb40183d49cd825d8cef9d_03dec0fe2ce72c9883238995e2779fc6ef5976e3.jpg

Yep, I was looking to trade my 2011 F-150 Limited in for a 2015 F-150 lariat. $54k.... Yes the Tacoma is small(er) than an F-150, but its my wife and I and I need to pull a 2 place enclosed sled trailer (2,200 lbs loaded). I didn't need a half ton truck for that. So I saved about $20k or more since Toyota gave more on trade than even the Ford dealer would. hahaha

I am enjoying Tacoma #6 quite a bit. Coffee, you might think its too expensive but check book values, Taco's hold better than anything. And compared to other trucks available on the market the Toyota is priced well.

Thanks! Yep, black is a great look on the Taco and that's just a quick shot I took on a cloudy day. I'll post some better pics in the Black '16's thread here one of these days... probably after the tube steps and roof rack get installed. :)

Thought this was a sweet backdrop, we were doing our family xmas pics from the top of the barn and caught the corner of the setting sun. Makes me happy.

Thanks a lot man. I was not a huge fan of the quicksand at first. Maybe because I was pretty set on MGM. The more I saw of the quicksand the more I knew that was the color I wanted. I waited about 2.5 months for mine. It was well worth the wait. Let's see that truck!

    Greetings all,
New member to the site and new member to the Tacoma club. I picked up a Tacoma for my 40th a couple of days ago.
2016 Tacoma, Double Cab, V6, 4x4, LB. I had to drive about 200 miles to find the closest dealer with a 6' bed but no regrets. I will say I've been inspired by what I've seen in here. I just ordered some nerf bars to help my little ones get in and out a little easier and I'm already eye balling tonneau covers and some other things. Thanks again for providing insight and inspiration. I'm sure I'll be here frequently.
