Just got my 10 DC OR Tacoma two days ago. Merry Christmas to me. I'm in Iowa at the moment and we are in the midst of a freak snow storm. Just took my truck out in the snow and tested it out. AWESOME. This truck is a beast. It did great in 2wd. I love this truck already. I had a Colorado before but this truck is so much better.
    Bring on the snow baby.

Congrats! Yea I've had no problems with mine in the snow, shes a beast. Did have it fishtail a bit on a sharp turn, but with no weight in the back I wasn't surprised. How you like the TRD exhaust? Getting mine installed next week.

I took my Prerunner out in the blizzard (no joke) yesterday and tried all of the worst hills and roads in my city. The traction control worked great, VSC worked great, and I was able to go absolutely everywhere.

The exhaust is awesome. Not loud at all while idling. Gets loud when you get on it but not annoyingly loud. Sounds very deep and nice. I'll be adding the TRD CAI in the next few months. The stability and traction control definitely keep you going in a straight line. I've finally figured out what all of the buttons mean. Can't wait to lock the differential and use the A-trac button.

How is that possible? You have an 09--is your traction control not working?

My Sport did just fine in 4wd. 2wd wasn't toooo bad with TC on. Naturally it could benefit from having different tires than come on the Sport, I want to change to some AT's eventually, but I still got around with ease.

Over 12 inches of snow in Topeka. I had snow drifts around my truck that were taller than the bumper. I spent the day shuttling family members from across the city to my parents house for christmas since they could not get out at all. My taco, with the Nitto Grapplers, was unstoppable. I generally hate winter and snow but I must admit it was fun today...

My 06 TRD Offroad doesn't have traction control or any other electronic aids, but it does well. The stock tires are bad and in 2 wheel the truck is worthless (no posi on off road models). However in 4 HI w/ bit wait in the rear it tracks awsome, but not as good as our new Audi A4 Quattro w/ Bizzaks - that car tracks like no other:)
