    You can return them but if you ordered the premium knobs (not the basic) they should fit just fine. The OEM JBl head unit is the same as the standard Entune Premium system (knobs at the bottom of the screen).

    I had put the radio type and location of the knobs (premium JBL with knobs on the bottom) in my original and subsequent e-mails. The knobs I received do not fit this radio. The backside hole is way too small.

    I found the original email chain. Looks like you ordered the basic knobs and we shipped them out before we got your email about needing the premium knobs. So you got the wrong knobs, which explains why they don't fit :) We'll get some premium knobs out to you asap along with a return envelop for the basic knobs.

    It seems pretty clear to me which ones to order on the website.

    I think in the confusion of sending me the knobs for my Premium JBL stereo, someone got confused and accidentally sent me two sets of premium knobs. I just sent the second set back to you. Can you please confirm I was charged for only one set of knobs? Thanks!

    I received my new radio knobs today. They are super nice! Outstanding quality, and I don't accidently hit the screen with my fingers anymore! This must rate on the top 5 first mods to get for the gen 3

    Knobs should ship within a week or less so you'd have them before your trip.

    Consider me another happy customer with the premium knobs. The o-rings that people think are a cheap alternative are not solving the same annoyance that the Hondo knobs solve.
