I saw that toyota was going to covering the vibration problem that the 08s were having to the 09s. The driveline vib that is. Has anyone heard about this?

I have the same thing. There is a TSB for something like that for those years. However DON'T run into the dealership with the TSB. Let them diagnose the issue. I will start another thread why.

I spoke with my retired dealer mechanic neighbor about TSBs . He and his coworkers did not like them brought in by customers them because the Service Advisor will indicate put the customer brought in the TSB on the Service order. The SO goes to the Warranty Administrator who would only get pre authorized to fix the TSB nothing more. The Third party. (Toyota or in the South Fidelity) would ONLY pay for the TSB. (at a lower rate) Nothing more even if the tech found something else other than the TSB was causing the issue. Otherwise techs would be "finding something else all day long for more money!!!)

    See other thread for more.
