    I bought a set of 295 70 17s on craigslist and i was wondering if it would fit on my tacoma, it is lifted 3 inch leveling kit currently on stock wheels and tires.

    Probably rub the spindle/UBJ without spacers (1.25-1.5") or different wheels. WITH wheels, 17x9 with 4.5 max bs probably reccomended size, you'll still rub at lock. Mild trimming of plastic for on road, plastic plus CMC for offroad.
    /Just going by what I've read over the years and my experience with 33x12.5s

    Spacers will make them rub the inner fender and can mount. It extends the arc

    I fit 285s on my Tacoma with a 3in lift but also new 4.5 backspaced rims, with little to no rubbing. With new rims and proper trimming you should be good. I wish I went with 295s.
