This what I did. Okay well Saturday morning I went to auto zone buy engine oil to changed my oil. So I did. While I was changing it took out the transmission fluid thinking it was engine oil and I went to engine took off the cap and put new oil in and I didn't put transmission fluid in so I drove my truck about an hour than I realized that I kind of fucked up so next morning I did transmission fluid and the filter and I did the rear differential fluid changed that out to but it kind of fix it but it's still sliping when I turn or stop

Anything can be fixed! And you drove for a hour with no fluid? You might be lucky with no damage. We will find out soon

    Appears to be compatible.

The right amount of ATF was probably not put in. There is no dipstick; one of the two bolts (the hex bolt) in the trany pan is used to measure the ATF level. With truck on level ground, use an IR gun to measure pan temp. Remove hex bolt when temp reaches 115 degrees F, but not past 130. If no ATF comes out, you are low. Add half a quart or more, and re-measure. When ATF starts to trickle, bolt it back up.

Get under truck, drain AT Tranny Fluid from pan only at drain plug. when done draining, replace the Tranny plug and snug tight, dont over tighten!!!! Now ,remove fill plug for atf on tranny at tailstock rear passenger side. Refill with 3.2 Quarts WS ATF Tranny Fluid any major Brand!!! I use AMSOIL Low Viscosity Blue cap WS Approved. Put and snug tightly but not overtighten Fill Plug to Tranny. Only cost is 4 Qts of Tranny fluids, Synthetic or OEM,a Cheap Pump for on Qt Bottles with tube, A few rags for wipe up and clean up, trip back to drop off used Tranny fluids! Easy to do,and road test, I have a 2013 PreRunner V6 ATF Tow Pkg. and I do mine once a year, had a full flush at 5,000 miles first year. drain and fill 3.2QTS every year after that wit all and Only AMSOIL Signature Series and all the best! Don't go to Steelerships, you can do this and takes only about 30 minutes TOPS !SAM_0356.jpg SAM_0357.jpg SAM_0358.jpg

Did you drain the extra oil out of the engine? I am not seeing where you said if you did or not. If you didn't, you'll need to do that also.
