I may have hit side mirrors with a person on the road.. the mirror just popped off but the rest of it is fine. I plan to buy a new mirror on eBay, but.. how do I go about replacing this? All I have been able to find is treads on replacing the whole mirror fixture, not just the mirror. Here is a picture:IMG_3611.jpg

So it will depend on how the piece comes. If it's just glass no plastic backing a bit of silicone is all you need. If it comes with the plastic backing plate you'll see 4 clips that seat onto that white plastic piece in the center of the mirror.

I replaced mine with a Rav4 Mirror, mine just popped right in. I first connected the heated mirror connector to the mirror prongs. Then I hung the mirror on the two pivots on top and pushed on the bottom part of the mirror to engage the two clips on bottom for it to pop in.

    found this on youtube

Hopefully your heated mirror connector didn't break and is just hidden inside the cavity on the top right of your photo. Otherwise you'll need to do some more surgery to the mirror to solder onto the broken wires and reattach it to your new mirror.

This is the install video for Spotter Mirror. Whether you go with their product or another glass, the concept is the same.

Thank yall so much, and I didn’t hit a person, we were both driving on the line and bumped mirrors. They had very little damage because they drove a lifted up Chevy. Just clarifying so yall don’t think I hit somebody lol
