I've had Bilstein 5100 lift and then a Toytec Ultimate kit with AAL on my last DCSB pre-runner. I'm picking up a '11 Tacoma AC 4x4 TRD-OR and was wondering what kit or setup I can run where I can have more articulation than my old lifts and run 33"/34" size tires and support some hybrid f/r bumpers and sliders on the truck. I don't really want to spend more than $2k total in parts for the lift. Again, the more articulation the better. Any suggestions?

To get some more articulation in the front you can do some extended travel coilovers paired with some UCAs. For the rear, you have plenty of options. Aftermarket leaf pack paired with some B110s, or rear shock relocation, or some chevy 63s, etc.

JBA are pretty great. They're inexpensive, but rock solid and have 90° of articulation in the ball joint. Way more than necessary.

    More articulation?

    Remove sway bar.

    Free.

(Don’t do this with factory suspension though).

Then look into Mid Travel kits, UCAs, LCAs, extended brake lines.
