    Keep it, maintain, it mod it and save $ if it reaches then end of its life. Use the money and buy a "new to you" 1st gen with less miles and transplant mods!

    That's the life of a 19 year old male lol it's actually on the "cheaper side" of insurance

    Yeah it's because I'm 19, I'm considered a high risk, I was given multiple quotes above 450 which is insane. I can't imagine if I got a newer gen or even something like a brz, insurance would be higher than the payment lol

    DD Deck+backup camera, LED DRL, All LED except H4 Hella
    What I did was after my son got a license he did not drive any of our cars for a year (he didn't care as he had more fun driving a city bus and flying a plane). After a year of "experience" we added him to our insurance as an "additional driver". It cost us only about 400 dollars a year extra, but besides driving a city bus and flying a plane he could drive any of our three cars (actually he drove Tacoma daily).
