I told myself I'd never pay more than 5 Cents but I saw LPP bricks staked up today at a shop in Montana and could not help myself. .......its the OCD, I gots the powder, 1000 bullets and empty .45 cases!

No shit. About two weeks ago I started shopping for powder and primers again when I realized my years old backlog was getting low. I did not know it was this bad right now. I’m at 10¢/primer and about $32/pound for the various powders I’ve found in stock that are actually what I use.

Last time I bought any they were about 2.5¢/primer and $20/lb.

The good news is that you found primers on a shelf, the bad news is that the prices are crazy right now. Fingers crossed that it gets easier to find and cheaper, but I'm not sure if that'll ever be the case.

I'm thankful that I am in pretty good shape on all things reloading for a couple more years. By then I hope I can walk into a store and buy some Rem 7 1/2s again. They're the one component that I will be needing by then.

When I can find them they are over $100.00 a brick. I'm glad I stocked up!! When I first started buying them they were $8.00 a brick. Hopefully something will give. I've vaguely looked into making them myself, but I am not sure I want to go down that road, Hope I don't have too...
