Dont you have to have....ummm....WATER in the air for them to fog up?? :p

Matt, If you want to do these, Let me know. Its easy, and I have some silica gel packs to use to keep moisture out of the headlight.

    I guess so smartass.:p

I just have 3 concerns, what are the chances of screwing the lights up; won't the fog lights stick out and will my lights be less bright at night?

I have the same concerns Matt...

    1. What are the chances of screwing the lights up? (If I do it, a lot!)

    2. Won't the fog lights stick out? (I don't think so.)

    3. Will my lights be less bright at night? (I think so but, :notsure:)

you should really do the bhlm. take your time and you will be fine. if you did the satoshi, you can easily do the headlight mod. if you seal them up good, they wont fog up. be sure to run a extra bead of silicone around the lights and you should be fine. my drivers side fogged once, took it off, threw it in the oven again (dried out the fog and heated the silicone) and pressed firmly on the lense, siliconed again and they have been fine since. the visibility will not be afftected because you are only painting the shroud. you are not painting the reflecting surround , around the bulb.be sure to mask off the blinker, i didnt and just blacked out everything. my dtrl mod isn't too visible besause i did this, but i like the look. your fog lights will look fine after doing the mod. hope this helps persuade you into doing it, i think your front end would look even better after doing it
