i probably know 3rd GEN tacos more than anyone here hehe.. im on my 3rd tacoma.

the first one was a 2017 TRD SPORT, Second is 2018 TRD OFFROAD 4x4, Third is 2019 TRD OFFRoad 4x4

why 3. no clue :D. hehe i just kept buying it, selling it, and buying again cause it's really the best truck out there.

    hehe

anyway.. here is my install using the chinese grill. i used the OEM grill before but since it's my 3rd taco, i wanted to try the chinese ones and they are pretty goood!

    haha... yup.
well the first was a sport 2x4.
then i realized i fucked up so i sold it. i only lost $1500 on it... got it for $33000 OUT THE DOOR, sold for $31500
then i got a 2018 4x4. but then i did lots of offroading and had fun with it but it felt really slow and i felt like i needed something fast. sold it, i got it for $39000 OTD, sold it for $35000. not bad considering california tax is 10%
    so i got a 2018 bmw m2.
since that gave me the speed fix. i reminisced my taco and just got a 2019.

right now i dont treat it as a fast vehicle, i treat it as a decent powered TRUCK. hehe...

i know my story is dumb haha and i got issues, but i want it. i got it. hehe.

Ops Not even close. From what I’ve read you’ve had one gen. Message me when you’ve taken a gen 1 down to a frame and welded on new suspension hardware and spent countless sleepless nights tossing and turning over anti squat and instant center geometry.

I thought I was the only crazy guy here to have three 3rd Generation Tacomas!

I wanted a truck, so traded 2014 Honda Civic Si for 2017 Tacoma TRD Sport 4X2. Installed Chinese TRD Pro replica grille.

I wanted a sport sedan, so traded 2017 Tacoma TRD Sport for 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport 6MT.

I missed having a truck, so I traded 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport 6MT for 2018 Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x2. Installed Chinese TRD Pro replica grille with OEM garnish.

I had a second child and wanted more room, so I traded 2018 Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x2 for 2019 Toyota Highlander LE.

I missed having a truck, so I traded 2019 Toyota Highlander LE for 2019 Tacoma SR 4x2.

I have you beat bud. I've owned five 3rd gens in 3 years. Three, 2nd gens in 4 years and one 1st gen back in college.

I'll wait for you to retract your amateur statement.
