I solved the problem with the clock location

    I installed an OEM Aussie FJ60 inclinometer. It has a clock so I just rerouted the clock wiring down the the inclinometer's plug coming out the back.

    I spent 6 months in Australia...and its an OEM part on the FJ60s there. I just managed to retrofit it into the truck. Here, they cost over 100, but I was buying them for 20 apiece down under and reselling them to cruiser owners on IH8MUD for 83 shipped (shipping was 23). They are basically plug-and-play in the US FJ60s.

    I asked people on here but nobody seemed interested.

    That's awesome!

    You just gotta repurpose the original clock now so it isn't just a waste of space. wasn't there just a cubby hole there on some models or something? It also would be a great place to stick your cb mic but looks like you got that worked out too.

    I think I'm moving the 4WD switch to there, since I have the electronic TC and I don't really like the button on the shifter.
