i think i did something bad to my truck

i filled up before coming home for 3.29 and was excited but now you kinda burst that little bubble

hey now its not my fault you moved there haha but hey i work in napa and the cheapest gas around here is like 3.70 but i never have to fill up ill run out of gas before i fill up in the valley haha

he was going to move here with me but he's an electrician apprentice down there and he can't afford to drive his diesel back and forth racing sounds like fun!

so i went out to remove the cover and take a look but i couldn't get the damn bolts out, i don't know if my wrench is a piece of shit or i'm extremely weak (hopefully its the first one) so my question is how bad is it to drive if its something wrong with the MAF?
