After recharging my battery that was drained due to a phantom leak, when I connected the horn sounds and the front lights flash (not sure which Set of lights)
Does anybody have a description/pictures/location for that relay?
Thanks for any help in advance,

Yeah, look behind the glovebox and under the dash for an old alarm box.

And you've probably found what is draining the battery too.

That makes absolute sense… For sure, it puzzled me why the horn would be on the same circuit as the headlights, although, in the fuse diagram, there’s not a clear indication of the horn circuit.
MadNachos says it might be under the glovebox… that’s definitely where the initial clicking comes from prior to the full connection to the horn and the lights. it’s night now, I’ll check in the morning.
Any other ways of finding controller for an alarm system will be appreciated,

Thanks for all the help, it turned out to be the simplest thing possible… Put the key in the ignition and turned it on, attached the battery leads, the horn honked very briefly, and the lights flashed, I guess as the security turned itself off.
Then, to test for the phantom leak, the multimeter read 0.29 A for a few seconds followed by 0.11 A for another few seconds, followed by 0.02 A (which I think actually was 0.01 because of the miss-calibration in the multimeter).
I read that this initial average was a Toyota initialization thing when re-installing a battery.

Turns out I have a factory security system that I hadn’t even noticed. I can’t find it in my manual, and it never gives any indication it’s there, I’ve never had a false alarm, only this triggering resulting from the dead battery Period

Nice! I am not very familiar with those alarms but I bet you can get a new remote and pair it pretty easily.
