    I finally gave in and tried plasti dip on my emblems...it looks good so now im gonna paint them when i get more time and more patience

    it took me about 3 hours to do it all, i recommend being as patient as possible!!! im happy with it tho!

    looks good man! i did mine too. idk why they put chrome badges on silver trucks!!

    thanks! i originally wanted to black them out when my mirrors and handles were black but then i painted em silver and i was worried it wouldnt look right but so far im pleased! i really wanna get a set of sport rims and black them out ....but thats a little ways off:eek:

    i personally hate chrome as much as the next guy, but i think the emblems look good chrome.

    what i think looks really classy is black with gold accents, ive been waiting to see this....

    I wanted to do this but I don't know how long it would take for the drying process. Since that I will be doing it outside I don't know if it's going to be clean since that it's going to be windy and dusty outside where I live.

    I tried it in on my rim. I unfortunately had horrible results, completely my fault of course. I think I'll just wait until I can buy black rims.
