    Hi! Tig1 calling-
I ordered some hard plastic covers for my rocker panels.
The ones that go on with the two sided tape, every time I get in and out I scratch the heck out of them.I got the nerf bars on the truck, but it's getting out when it happens.

Am I on the right track,I can't think of anything else to protect them?
I am also worried about rust under it? (the plastic covers)

    THANKS Tig1

The nerf bars are good, but don't offer great means of protection. The best option is a set of rock sliders, but unless you do some offroading, nerf bars would work fine

I don't understad is it that you are kicking the rocker panels with boots or something? Provide a link of what you ordered. I think some of that clear plastic bra material would be a good thing to put on them and it would help with rock chips as well. I was going to order some for behind the rear wheels since I took the flaps off....

Hey hendooman,it is my boots I was refering to ,the link I guess can be found at "action truck caps" there a Canadian company I believe.

And my truck is more for winter off roading,so your right the bars do help alot dgerm.
But as for my integrity, that's my problem
