I don't know the exact figure, but I do know:

- Wyatt stopped keeping track a looooooong time ago
- It's more than 30k

There are several methods, including having it sandblasted and repainted at a bodyshop, etc.

Here's my write up:

1) Go to dealer
2) Purchase color-keyed grille
3) Install color-keyed grille

I got my local dealer to pricematch TRDparts4u, since TRDP4U is actually the parts department of Toyota of Dallas. I think I payed something like $170. List was $220 or thereabouts.

Your mileage may vary, but it can't hurt to ask.

Fuck that shit. I'll just buy a used Hammers rig for $20 grand and call it a day. But I respect the hell out of the statement Wyatt makes with his "anything can be done" approach.

Not that I know of - at least not to date.

 

I suggest the 30 day rule. Save up the cash, then wait and think about it for 30 days. If you still want it then, go for it. I would suggest Financing the needs and pay cash for any wants, unless you can get 0% interest or anything like that. I personally think i would rather have the money in the bank though......

The SC is great. I have an M3 and a Duc 848, both way faster than the Taco, but the extra grunt is worth it on this truck, particularly if you are running over-sized tires. A Taco will never be fast, but that isn't what I wanted to accomplish. Imo, you can never have enough power anyway.

I'd argue it's better to regear as compensation for oversized tires. Less expensive, better in the dirt.

If they are indeed Dyno queens, then they are doing what they are supposed too then aren't they.

Extreme examples aside, a SC is a nice upgrade for these trucks. No one here honestly thniks a Taco is fast, but many may find it underwhelming in the power dept, like myself.
