Check eBay. It’ll be the cheapest place to go.
I got mine for $75 and it came with the hardware for a 18’ with the TSS. Wait for eBay to roll out their 15%-20% off coupon and you’ll get a good deal.

As far as emblems go just plasti dip them. Cheap and easy to do. Or spend $50+ on factory black emblems.

If you're into detailing I recommend going with vinyl badges as dirt doesn't get behind it. Just a suggestion.

eBay grille and OEM sensor cover. - $150

Plastidip for the emblems. - $5-$10

Watching the haters getting needlessly wound up over cheaper alternatives that accomplish the same cosmetic objective... - Priceless

Come on...Someone had to say it. :)

Back on topic, research that 18 grille thread as the TSS makes it a little more involved than the pre 18 grille swaps. you won’t regret it. You could also get black emblems from Toyota but they are pricey. I was able to get the 2015 blue ribbon emblems for my 2015 and they look better than chrome. Red or Black TRD emblem is also nice.

Are they available for purchase from the dealer now? Or is it still nearly impossible?

I did the knockoff grill on my 2018 and it looks great. I decided to paint the emblems rather than plastidip, but otherwise, yeah. Easy and cheap. Looks great.

I got mine from the dealer, but it is the 2017 part number. According to the parts guy the much much cheaper 2018 part number has been essentially stop sale'd by Toyota meaning they finally realized why sell the 2018 part number for $180 when you can sell the 2017 part for $370-$400 + cost of the garnish.

Still don't see why anyone pays for the oem plastic grill, crazy loot for the same as the China ones. There's a dude in the third gen for sale area that is selling them. Good price, good dude. I'd just buy it from him and then get the Tss garnish online. They're like 40-55 bucks shipped. And yeah there is a thread a week on this.

All the Chinese grilles I've seen have different size letters. Jumps out like a sore thumb to me.

I take offense to that because most of the time these product's quality aren't determined by the product but the applicator. If you don't put it the time to clean/prep and don't do the job to 100% then you don't get the quality. The majority of the time this product gets a bad review is due to seeing finished products done by people that do a half ass job. I have had mine for a year now. I power wash my truck and scrub monthly and I have yet to see any decline in the quality of my paint job. I have done all my badges, emblems and handles/mirror turn signal markers. painting isn't an easy job and takes attention to detail. That's why most people's PlastiDip jobs look like garbage. I'm no professional but you have to do it in the best weather conditions and do each step properly. SOrry but dirty truck.16.jpg 17.jpg10.jpg 7.jpg

First one I looked at. The letters look like different font, or colors or just like they don't fit. I don't want that on my truck, sorry.

It doesn't bother me ( mine are the same as your picture ) but planning to paint those 2 letters ( sides ) during some down time in the holidays on mine. Just saving dinero for my grand daughters college bills and my youngest daughter too. I never knew going to college has gone so high.
