You could cover all your exterior chrome with the Toyota black emblem overlays, the bumper with a bumper caps, and replace grille. Then if you change your feelings about chrome in the future, just swap the grille and remove overlays and bumper caps

 

I was just showing what bucking the trend can look like. All the boys working at Discount Tire thought I was crazy when they unboxed them for installation. I just smiled. After installation they pulled it out into the sunlight and conceded that they looked much better than black on this truck.

 

You are going the wrong direction. Already did that BUT might remove them. Also chrome bumpers for the shiny.

 

One of the first cements I’ve seen that looks good with chrome!
