I was driving to work and this nut fell down on floor

This bolt fell down from under the dash onto my right foot as I was driving to work. I'm worried it may be to the clutch neutral switch I had recently replaced. Does anybody recognize a hat the is?

I have a 1996 extra cab with 4 cyl and 5 speed. I have a fused spine so I can't go crawling around on the ground to check anything ⁸

 

Use a mirror to look up under the area and see if you spot any empty threads

 

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it goes to the Windex Controller.

I think the loose one with no nut is my brake light switch. And the other one that is tight is the neutral switch.

That electrical tape though

 

Electric tape isn't stock? I bought the truck like this 7 years ago. Never noticed the tape. I figured it was stock

 

I mean I really have no idea, but that first pic with the electrical tape looks really excessive...I definitely wouldn't touch it, probably holding some connectors together from the looks of it.

 

Weight reduction, should be able to gain 2mph.
