I went over a curb by accident and it went clunk.

    Mall Crawlin is dangerous shit!

Seriously, do you have a MT or was the clutch suppressed?

Sounds like you just hit your bump stops. You don’t need alignment unless the truck is driving crooked.

More than likely if the thud happened due to a downward force it was your bump stops.
If you ran into the curb? Then there may be a possibility that your alignment could be shifted. (I always put a paint mark on the alignment cams after I get my alignment done, just for this reason) So I can make sure they don't move over time/off-roading.
Does your truck pull to one side when you drive it on a straight road?
If not I wouldn't worry about it.

Did your bed mat stay securely in the bed, that's the only question I have?

If the bed mat moved, it’s totaled.

If it's 4x4 it was built for that chit. 2x I dunno. I hit things both up and down in the woods with my 86 4x (avatar shot) and bounced my head off the roof of my truck expecting bad things once I got back on pavement. Nadda. 18 yrs 212k original springs and shocks and it drove prefect with excellent tire wear and never had front end alignment done once. Kick myself for ever selling it. Curb hopping in a Taco is hopscotch young man. Just do it slow and easy.
