If he/she is from Toyota corporate, then I hope he/she is seriously surveying the all the negativity surrounding the 3rd gen.

C'mon man, from an internet enthusiast forum? How about they follow marketing 101 rules and go to their customers directly and ask them. That's how you get truth. "Here" is not truth.

A slightly twisted alternate version perhaps, but it is damn entertaining...

Im sure between all the negative threads that the third gen section has where a possible issue gets blown out of proportion many times to the points of banning and a closed thread, I could see the challenge in taking gripes here seriously to some degree. Does not mean by any means that TW doesn't offer up great feedback and insight to these issues, but there is significant clutter as well. With that said, not everyone is "internet" savy and knows how to navigate forums still.

With the dealers, I would bet that most of their customers WILL gripe about their issues though as its the parent location for their vehicle and if they have a warranty Im sure they will use that platform to persue the problem as well.

As annoying as it has to be for the mods, I do applaud this guys effort hahaa. It's like a lifelong dedication to be on TW. I mean trying to hack others accounts just to post useless shit? Mindblowing

Need to start at TW Anonymous I guess for some people

    Exactly.
"Here" one person can complain ten times about the same issue and others will somehow think that constitutes ten complaints lol. Send a card. Send an email. Send a frigging smoke signal. Call the owner. THAT'S how you get correct responses. Not here. I'm also pretty sure some of these guys change their internet keyboard badass persona to their real life nice guy persona when speaking one on one with Toyota too.
