once i got into a gym, i lasted there about 8 months and was getting good results, until i got sick with sinus and i just felt one time like my head was going to explode so i quit the gym....

I started at 180 before medic school, then after a year of not working out, i got up to 227#. I've beenwrking out consistently for about 2 months every day i can get over there. (Iwork 24hr shifts at work, so i don't ALWAYS get to work out) but i'm down to 215 and i've gained alot of muscle. Swimming is one of the best ways to lose weight along with running, both of which i do. Along with an unbalanced diet. :)

    Running is for criminals!

I put on roughly 20lbs since I quit being a garbage man. I am hoping since I'm working again and on a regular schedule, I can ditch a bit of that weight. My problem is I would eat when my wife got home from work(11pm). I've also started riding my bike again. Yoga is my strongest activity on the Wii Fit.
