I'm trying to become more lean and get a six pack. That was my goal for the summer. Didn't work out to well.

Cross Country practices just started up for my school and we have practice 5 days a week with a meet on the weekends. We average 7 miles a day and on workout days we do something like 1000m sprints or hill repeats. It sucks but it gets you in amazing shape.

oh yeah and 75% of losing weight is what you put into your body. You can go run a damn marathon and burn 4000 calories and go eat 4000 calories right after that and u wont lose a single thing.

Does cutting the grass count? I cut it yesterday.

This morning I went for a quick bike ride.

None. Stock with options - Roof rack, running boards, hood scoop, etc.
I am 5'9 165. Been good for the past 3 years. Work out about 3 times a week at the gym and I ride a beach cruiser about twice a week averaging 25 miles round trip per ride. I think keeping active is essential to healthy living. I also have a huge appetite and it helps me burn those calories off

X 1,000,000. I lost 60 pounds in just under 3 months from running. Yes I know that is really quick to lose all that weight, but I am healthy today. All you have to do is drink water, and only water, eat the right portions, and run. Good old diet and exercise. Nothing fancy.
