    You will have a little more room with the 04 since there is that curved spot under the body mount for the resi to go. You can see two bolts above where it can mount. Currently mine is just hose clamped to the tow hook point.

    You still need to be careful with clearance on the clicker and the hose. Mine was pretty tight until I installed the 1.25" spidertrax spacers. Looking back I would have ADS put the clicker on the top and a slightly longer hose from the side like I have seen them do on others. Then it would fit up perfectly under the body mount.
