    Whats the difference between that one and a real one? I mainly like the layout of the lights

    The projectors in headlights like those aren't very good quality. Your light output will probably actually be worse than your stock ones with good quality bulbs.

    I'm probably still a long way out from doing headlights so I'm still in research mode. I'm clueless with all the terms/differences. Projectors, HIDs, LEDs, retrofits... :bananadead:

    Has anybody actually put LEDs in 1998-2000 headlights? If not then there's not telling how well the output will be....

    i can gaurentee u enything will be better than the stock 98-00 headlights regardless of the bulbs u put in them.

    Lauren, i found ones like these on ebay..... you get what u pay for so search them a bit.

    ebay headlights have a rep for leaking moisture. I took care of that by sealing off the seams with a little toyota fipg:) or silicone of any type would work too. 1000 x better than oem headlight output.

    i took it a step further and installed a morimoto HID kit from the retrofitsource. let there be light;)

    im not gonna get into this long debate thats been beat up really well..... but i dont give a damn about how much glare other drivers see from my headlights because i didnt retrofit the HIDs.... My light out put is freakin awesome and I can see just fine:D id be willing to bet i have more/better light out put than some projector-hid combos. Hell ive been told that before

    Not really lol. The light switches were pretty much the last thing I did. Haven't had much time or money to do much else yet. My LBJs were next but my steering rack is already wearing out after 6 months which shouldn't happen. We have to look into that. Seems like they might have given us the incorrect rack because they said at the time their system was changing inventory numbers :facepalm:
