being that you have locking hubs, you can get away with the cv angle. just be warned that when you leave the hubs locked those boots wont last long like that.

    Get to it later...
She did pretty good yesterday. Was only one hill that I wasn't able to make. Everybody else was locked at least in the rear, if not both. I rub a little bit still, so I'm thinking about trimming another 1" off my bumper. Tires did really well, aired down to 8#, clean out and grab pretty good far as I could tell. Got to try out the winch and recover a first gen 4runner who was crazy stuck. Warn 8K seemed to tackle that problem easy. And I pulled out a double cab Dakota twice and an older Cherokee twice. Good times.

Good work my man! Snow wheelin is the best! On my more built up reg cab i run KM2's as well. I get them siped to the max, all the way across and as much as possible. They do so well in the snow and perform pretty damn good on the packed snow/ice as well. I really miss the old KM tire though! I actually still have a set but they're gettin down there at this point. I always run a summer and winter set so they've lasted a long time! They've turned into my summer runners the last few summers though. Once my tires get about half tread i buy new then run the oldies in the summer...

Was lazy this fall though and I've still got the KM's on there dang it! This pic was a week or so ago gettin an x-mass tree. Ended up grabbin a tree right there after this pic and decided i could turn around in that 20 inch deep pow....bad move!! Major stuckage as soon as i poped outta my ruts, knew i shoulda backed out of it. Was able to pull a length of cable out and utilize a small ass 5 or 6 inch shasta tree to winch from. Actually the girlfriend did all the work, lol, i stayed in the cab! Only needed to go forward a few inches and that gave me enough movement to then back into my ruts again and go a mile in reverse till we could turn that bitch around. Always good times though. Damn winches are priceless when needed and pay for themselves with one use reguardless of cost!!

You're lucky! I never have any buddies to go out with and have fun...im always solo..
