if someone punched me in the ear the retaliation would be immediate and not so good.

if I whack him in the leg he is immobilized so I can run away screaming like a little girl

An ear punch? That's a little extreme, isn't it?

Go for the combo, nut slap, ear punch and dead leg, then haul ass (screaming like a little girl optional)! :D

Well, in your case no, not cool. You gotta do something pretty shitty to earn that combo shot.

In all seriousness, Chris did help us out a lot. We wold have flipped a coin if not for his input. the AAL works fine and that is what matters. instructions of some sort from the manufacturer would have been helpful.

    THEY ARE NOT ON BACKWARDS.

I have a 1st gen, which have offset center pins (short fronthalves, longer rearhalves). Gen2 Tacos are centered. The Wheelers 3-leaf AAL exactly matches the vehicle its entended for, assuming stock leaf packs (the top AAL leaf is about 2 inches shorter overall than the bottom stock leaf). Deaver does this also. The ends of the AAL, after install, should be about 1-inch from the stock clamps. They line up perfectly. You did look closely at my photo, right? That is a photo of the front of the installed AAL pack. The rear looks just like that, just as I expected. There is no need to remove the stock clamps, as they will never come in contact with the AAL pack, even under flexing.

If they were on backwards, the AAL pack would overlap the front clamp big time. If someone attempted to install gen2 AAL's on a gen1, or vice/versa, then there would be issues like that. It just wouldn't work.
