Icon, bad sound.

Yeah, good point. Not so bad now I know where it's coming from, thought something was going to fall apart.

 

Pic didn't come out good with the wheel still on but the shock end is not touching the mount like in your pic?

I'd like to know how this was remedied as well.... I'm about to install some Icons on my 08 DCSB soon and would rather avoid having to deal with something like this if possible.

 

I think I have tracked my noise down to a bad heim joint in the bottom mount of the CO. I have 2 on order and will be installing this weekend. I wouldn't hesitate to get icons again, the only thing that is a pita is if I want them rebuilt/serviced I have to send them to California. Mine have been on and working great for 3+ years.
