Fox has an extended travel which is for use only with aftermarket UCA's
and that is the part # 880-02-418-A and they also make a set is for use with stock UCA's and it is part # 880-02-367-B and the part #'s can be found on the box the shocks are shipped in and on the wiper cap where the shaft comes out of the shock. Also the extended length is different between the "2" part #'s.The extended length will be 3/8"-1/2" longer then the standard ones. The extended travel option is for the front coil-overs only...

I dont have the box as I am the "now" 3rd owner of them. I will take a look at the wiper cap to see which one I have.

Thanks again. What I was trying to say before made no sense with it wording and what I was asking made no sense looking back at the post I made lol

Honestly all 3 brands are good shocks and I am not that familiar with the All Pro Set up, but if the coil-overs you have now are working well for you and you are happy with the ride, if its not broken don't try and fix it..
Do not get me wrong we will sell you whatever shock set up you want, but if your current set up is working well for you, no reason to change it. :)

I have ICON"s and I would still vote for King again to make it a tie but I can't vote twice. Even though I have ICON's, I still think Kings are better.

I never answered this question because I thought the answer was obvious.

    Kings are BLUE!!:)

I have the ICON's and would like to know how different the Kings ride at 3" and factory stock height compaired to my ICON's but I'm not going to buy them to do a test.

My guess is better because Icon is valved and springed for high speeds and King is more for a DD street queen.

Or it could be that guys buy ICON's because they are valved for racing so other guys won't think their ICON rigged truck is a street queen, when it really is.

No matter which you buy, you could be street queening the truck. Best bet is Kings up front and ICON's out back or vice versa. Really confuse the fock outta people.

I had run several different setups on my 96 4Runner and I can tell you the ICON was absolutely the best, on road, and off road. The ride is very smooth and very controlled.

I put the ICON Stage 6 on my 2010 4Runner and the ride is better than stock on road and way improved off road.

When ICON does a kit they valve and spring it specific to that vehicle. When you get stuff from some other companies you pretty much get a generic setup.

    Buy ONCE, buy ICON.

I have to agree Icon makes great products and put countless hours of work into there products. I only got King cuz they where cheaper and the style of Coilover they are is for slow trails.
