To me is very irresponsible to offer a product for sale and not establish dealers and service centers after this amount of time. Above all to then completely stop servicing them @ the factory from Feb 17 on... is just wrong. It's not like they started business yesterday....
… I bought this New in 2013... ICON stage 5 with Billet UCA's it was serviced once @ the factory.. now overdue... Closest service center is 8hrs.. 16hr round trip. That's a joke...
I live in a town of over 1 million people not the boonies!
    Great Product.....CRAPPY MANAGEMENT!

Let me get this straight....you're upset there's not a dealer in your area? What shock company on the market today guarantees the end user a service center within a certain radius of their home? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my entire life.

Instead of being a whiny little baby, put your damn truck in the air, remove your shocks, and ship them to a shop that is certified to service Icon shocks (such as Accutune Offroad). Although I don't own a set of Icon shocks anymore, my service experience with them was top notch. I'd simply call and ask for Scott and he was all over it. He even overnighted me parts one time because I was an idiot and screwed something up. At no point did their service ever disappoint.

PS: This is your first post? Reeeeeal shady....

Learning to rebuild the shocks yourself would cost a lot less than an 8 hour round trip. Just saying.
Aside from a nitrogen bottle for recharge, you don't even need any special tools either.

Why not contact Icon directly to see what they have to say about servicing your shocks on your mall crawler? Why make your first post a complaint against a well known (AND liked) TW vendor?

You know, I'm not one to write on threads like this because I think is ridiculous. I've only been a Tacoma owner for almost 2 years and I've been coming here from day one looking at TW for answers to my questions, reviews on products, etc. Why do people have to complain about stuff that doesn't go their way. Do the research, read reviews, talk to people on TW and we won't have threads like this where people are complaining about companies and products. I understand every brand is going to have there issues, that's business. Shoot I use to have a Pelfrybilt aluminum pumper and I loved it. In fact it saved my truck and who knows maybe my life. So instead of complaining just keep your two cents to yourself.

    Idk.

I sent my shock to @Texoma , and ordered the parts I likely needed.

Turns out that neglecting your shocks means you need extra attention.

I left my card info on file with @Icon_Adrian , who made sure to get everything shipped out in a timely manner.

I was happy with their service.
