Nevermind then. He was also talking about emulsion and some other super technical terms the other day and my eyes just kinda glazed over reading it.

If you buy a Camaro with a new crate V8 and you drive it 2k miles a year to the grocery store and the gas station only, you have X maintenance.

If you take that new motor and cram it full of high performance parts and drive the same 2k miles a year to the same grocery store and gas station, you have X maintenance plus Y, because high end parts don't diminish maintenance, they come with their own set of needs.

Nobody is saying basic shocks don't leak, they're saying they're cheap, easy to replace and don't require tinkering.

When you buy high end parts, high end maintenance comes with it. Doesn't make a difference if you're only using your Kings to drive to school or if you're going offroad every day. Maintenance doesn't change, only the interval does - maybe.

Some still rebuild annually with light use.

Shop fees for removal/installation/shipping/rebuild don't change with your usage.

I don't know...one does not simply get BWW that's not on a Tuesday, Thursday, or the weekend. I'm taking out tonight anyways.
Yes! Read my mind. Get like 3 of those spicys.

On the contrary I had great service with Icon. Had some rear shock shafts get pitted, they replaced them with no questions and had them rebuilt and back to me within a week.

I did too, but that was before all this "sanding"/notching nonsense. Had my shocks back within a few days, but I'm somewhat local to them.

I love boneless, and have no shame admitting that. It's like a glorified chicken nugget, and it's fucking awesome.

No, you're right. You get more meat in the boneless for the buck without having the bone take up space. I like either. Caribbean jerk are the GOAT.

There's a chance you could die slowly in BWW, as they frown upon their patrons exercising 2nd amendment rights. I've never stepped foot in a BWW.
