    This might be me being nuts or maybe something wrong with my struts, anyways i noticed on my left side when i compress the side of truck by weight etc i can hear oil rushing in the strut, while on right side i dont hear anything like that seems to be quite, is that normal? i checked for leaks etc nothing.

    You Probably have a low Nitrogen charge and emulsion shocks or maybe even one emulsion and one IFP shock.

    @urchim
    The sound you hear is the oil emulsifying.

    56503 - 05-UP TACOMA 4WD 0-1.5" REAR 2.0 VS NR
    56503R - 05-UP TACOMA 4WD 0-1.5" REAR 2.0 VS RR

    "NR" non reservoir & "RR" Remote Reservoir

    If you drive the truck to cycle the shock some it will mix and the sound will go away. @TMFF is correct, it wouldn't hurt to have the nitrogen checked.

    The charge port design is intend to not require maintenance but It wont hurt to check to make sure they are correct. Otherwise not need to check them unless they are being rebuilt.
