    Check the clamps that keep the spring in alignment. I fixed a squeak on some ICON rxt leafs by adjusting and greasing one of these clamps. It was rubbing on the sides of the leafs when suspension traveled.

    my icons have been quiet for a year but I have only put about 2k miles on them since install and I did the inner tube thing @memario1214 recommended, I lined the springs with the tubing before the install while I had them completely apart putting in the stage 3 leaf.

    Mine started to make a loud creaking noise a month or so after I put them on... But after a few dozen miles of offroad, they went silent (the RXTs are not the only set of leafs I've had this happen with either).

    Based on this, I would say just go out there and use them!. I mean... That is why you put them on your truck, no? Get some dust on those leaves.
