Please let me know what you’re doing because that’s what I’m looking for too. I just put a platform in mine that’s about 300+lbs plus a midrise camper. Stock started to sag as soon as I put the platform in

So to my understanding the graphic is more accurate for DCLB as that is what it shows. People who have SB or AC get a little more lift than anticipated but their graphic measurements are for DCLB.

I have option 2 with a RSI shell. When I load up the rear option 2 sags a bit more than I'd like but works when completely unloaded. I've had it on my truck for 2+ years.

Based on what you say you have I would go option 3 for sure.

After reading more that’s what I’m thinking too. The 5100s with those should make a good level

be careful if you will go rough off roading 5100 may experience some damage because it was designed for 2.5" lift.
I'm also on 5100, and for now it is ok

I use it for fire service roads, some sand, mostly my surf and camp rig. Nothing crazy

did you install them upside down so the settling goes up?
Did you torque everything under full weight or did you torque while the rear end was in the air?

Spent 10 minutes to retorque and found why iot was creaking - technician who was installing passenger side put rear leaf spring bolt wrong and it was preventing springs to settle, and started damaging frame with scratching (nearly 1mm of metal).

problem fixed, now measurements showing 24.75"

Good lesson on why you have to do stuff yourself or really know the person who is doing the work for you. I drive a hour away to have a particular person do the mods I don't do my self (it would be sooo nice to have access to a lift). There is nothing wrong with the shop he works at but I want one particular technician to work on my truck (not knocking any of the other techs that work there). He has 11 years experience as a Toyota Tech and is a hard core off roader and a perfectionist. Plus he has given me good advice on stuff I have done myself - OK, and he is an Army vet so there is that.

agreed. i did driver side by myself and preset rxt to 3rd stage both parts, but it was the end of the day and i was installing driver side by myself so he did the passenger side. with mistake. it is good that i decided to retorque suspension by myself.
p.s. i ve access to the lift and whole shop. feel a little bit special as a customer with very broad benefits. (ive shop price on all staff - so it is saving me a lot)

Lol. I did this same $hit on my drivers side during my install this past weekend. I didn't even notice until the truck was on the ground and I was torqueing all the bolts down. My plan is to fix it next weekend.

Damage looks catastrophic. Please ship them both to me. Will PM you my address.

    Kidding....
Not saying it's right, but even IF you ship back and eat return cost, there is risk replacement gets same damage.
Requesting or buying bushing outright and replacing yourself would honestly be the cheaper option.
It's OK to be bummed parts aren't perfect, the alternative is leafs get shipped on pallet and shipping costs are 2x-5x what you paid.
Damage on bushing sleeve should not impact anything from what I can tell in your photos.
Polyurethane is not bulged or distorted in any way.
Metal sleeve and leaf eye are press fit to not have any movement between interface so distortion on outer flange is irrelevant. Cosmetic only.
