Have you contacted Accutune? I believe turned shocks include 1 free revalve.

Mine on option 1 just got installed yesterday and measured exactly 1/8” less than the advertised 1-7/8” (aka 1.875) lift on both sides. I have 90 lbs of sliders that may have made the difference.

How much lift did you get out of your front Fox 2.5" 0-3" on your 3rd Gen after the Coils settled? I just ordered the same setup. Awesome rig too, thanks for the reply in advance.

I'm looking to install this leafpack as well as the Maxtrac spindles up front. Would I have to replace the rest shocks or are they fine as is? I want to replace the entire shocks set up for something else down the line.

Installed my Kings with Icon RXT pack in configuration 2. I was going back and forth with 1 or 2, since I've heard that a lot of people saw much more lift with these leafs.. I am happy I went with option 2.. Rides fantastic, got the perfect height, and am confident it will carry the load I run comfortably. It's refreshing to see the stock leafs gone, especially since they started showing some negative arch..

I know this might be a weird ask, but can you take a pic showing the leaf bow in your setup? Maybe from underneath looking at the shackle

PSA everyone, the stock leaves are negative arch from the factory. You may continue

No squeaking, but I just installed them. From what I've read these squeak less than Dakars.. However, any sand, water, etc I'm sure will need to be cleaned out. I plan on taking the load off the springs, spraying them down and using fluid film between the leafs/ pads..

That's exactly what I did with mine. Great results, no squeaking or issues since. Probably going to make it an annual thing.

Here is an explanation for the people who are experiencing vibration during acceleration with RXT leaves, especially with option 1 or 2. My theory is it comes down to the design of the spring, which looks ok at first glance, but take an indepth look with a little knowledge and you see a deficiency in the design. I feel like Icon took a "10 thin leaf design" and compromised it. What I mean is they went down to 7 leaves in option 1 or 2, and to accomplish that, made the leaf stepping to big. This results in each leaf being insufficiently supported by the next lower one, which makes RXT weak to resist axle wrap under acceleration and braking. My feeling is that adding an axle shim is not going to fix a vibration that happens only during acceleration during torque induced axle wrap. Pictures are worth 1,000 words, so here is a comparison between the RXT and the Deaver U402 Expo series, which appears to have 7 arched leaves + 2 flat leaves, however the 7th leaf is much longer than the RXT bottom leaf, and Deavers have a significantly tighter stepping. Deavers don't eliminate axle wrap, but keep it to bearable levels.

Honestly those pictures you posted dont look too different to me, after accounting for the different image sizes :notsure:

For whats it worth a new carrier bearing (replacing my orig 2012 factory one) seemed to have solved 99% of my vibrations under all conditions.

If you haven't been designing for 17 years, it's perfectly normal if you can't see the difference, also shrinking the Deaver picture to the RXT size would make it more apparent, good call.
What config are you running on the RXT?

So option 3 is fine? That’s what I’m on now and have 0 problems and run no shims or anything. I was wondering why I saw reports of vibrations for people running option 1 and 2
