Have had my RXT's for about a year and no vibrations... Pack 3. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones.

Looks great. How much lift in front? Also tire size?

How is the ride on option 2 with that empty bed? Have you ran other leaf packs to compare to?

It rides really nice Its definitely a softer ride than OEM pack w/ AAL i previously had on. I havent ran any other leaf packs so i cant really compare the ride to other packs like Dakars or Deavers.

I'm loving these RXT leaf's. The flex and ride is great, zero vibes.

Has anyone on here taken/burnt out the stock eyelets in the ends of the leaf pack and replaced with something like energy suspension bushings and sleeve?

    @Icon_Adrian

This goes for anyone to answer as well.

Is this really true? According to Icon’s directions the longer end of the supplied leaf for option two should orient to the rear of the vehicle/leaf pack.

I did this exactly and even measure the distance from the center hole of the leaf to each end. One was 24” or so, the other 27”. Input the long end towards the rear and the 3rd leaf now sits flush with the second. How is this wrong?

Thanks for the help. Does your rear 3rd leaf look like this?

Huh... I didn't follow the instructions there, I installed my the other way on my previous truck and just a few days ago on the new truck.

I wonder how important it is and the reasoning? They say, "ensure..... Blah blah blah." Sounds like it makes a difference.

    Any @Icon_Adrian feedback?

Because nearly everyone (including Icon) that I looked at online (for option 2) installed it where the 2nd and 3rd leaf are not flush (opposite of directions)...I just went out in the garage and changed them so now they look like this on the rear part of the leaf.

Appreciate your concern as well...I was feeling ignored lol

Well you have me curious because I totally glossed over that in the instructions.

I wonder why they specifically pointed it out (though it seems counterintuitive)?

I'm also curious if you feel a difference.

It does seem counterintuitive. If the leafs flex flat when it looks like the image below, there is a chance the 3rd leaf liner will slip over the end of the 2nd leaf. This is with the 3rd leaf long end pointed to the rear of the pack

All icon had to do was put an image of the final assembled product in the instructions...

Maybe this is why some people have wrap and others don't? Double up the thickenss up where @ARCHIVE thinks it's causing the wrap issue?
