@BortisYeltzen I have the same setup as you. Did you install the RXT pack?

No, in the end I did a Wheelers 3-leaf AAL. Toyota replaced my leaf packs for the rear diff howl TSB, so I figured adding the AAL to a brand new leaf pack would be fine for a while. If down the road I upgrade from the TRD 6112/5160 combo to adjustable coil overs and longer stroke rear shocks I may do the RXT’s and UCA’s at that time. So far I’m happy with my set up for my needs.

Thanks! ADS in front huh? Like em? I certainly can’t do that....
Your truck looks good with the 265’s which I have currently have.
Trying to decide between rxt & dakars...afraid of too much rake with the dakar leafs...

Love ADS. If those arent in the budget cant go wrong with bilstein 6112’s. Ride was way better on and off road with them compared to 5100’s. Had a set on the Mrs’s 4 runner and was very impressed. Personally I would go Rxt’s. Not to much lift and they ride amazing.

I just picked up a pair of RXT's yesterday. How's the ride quality vs Dakars? I imagine they are softer.. am I right? What setting did you put them on?

If you have a couple C Clamps and ratchets, it shouldn't take more than an hour to swap leafs around, if it's off the truck. Install is a couple hours to a day depending on tools, friends, skills, and beer available

oh shoot! i don't have any C Clamps. I have a ratchet. I didn't realize it would take that long to swap out the leaf. Maybe i should just let my mechanic do it for me.

I was giving a long estimate, it shouldnt take more than like 15 minutes per leaf, honestly. C Clamp isn't totally necessary, but sure makes it easier to hold the leafs together for the center pin.

I have mine on option 2 with no weight in the back. Ride is far better than Dakar’s and way quieter. Swapping leaf is extremely easy if you have c clamps. Just clamp them down on each side of the center pin, remove bolt, and slowly loosen clamps. Swap the leaf compress w c clamps again and tighten nut. 15-20 min each leaf pack.

Remember your shocks are going to play a large role in ride quality not just the leafs. What are you pairing with?

Oh I was saying installing the leaf packs would take that long, not just swapping the leaf out, off the truck before installing the pack on the truck.

    /\ what he said

Thanks for the info and explaining it in a way that is easy to understand. I'm pairing them with Fox 2.5 w/ adjustable reservoirs- standard length.

Stock shock mounts or extended? Adjustable reservoirs meaning DSCs?

It looks like most people are stage 2 or 3. I was thinking of going with stage 1 for ride comfort. Anyone have any feedback or reviews for stage 1 for ride comfort and light off-road? I don’t tow or haul anything heavy.

If you don’t have much weight in the back you might want to just run option one. With option two I have extended travel rears. If you run a lower amount of travel you may top your shocks out. Just FYI. Also make sure you extend brake lines if you run option two.
