Nope, zero issues minus once in awhile I get the squeek. I just wash them good and spray some lithium grease if it happens and it usually holds me over another 6 months

Get a bottle of silicone spray from an auto parts store, flex them open a bit and spray between each leaf. Every time mine starts squeaking I just do this (usually after a wash/heavy rain or after an offroad trip)

If I'm going to option 3 from option 2 is it safe to reuse the u-bolts? Thinking of going option 3 because of my experience hauling my bike around. Having the bike out back on the hauler makes it compress quite a bit.

I heard about people's leafs being noisy so before I put mine on I sprayed my motorcycle chain lube on mine when they were separated.

I have option 3. As long as you have 8 inch u bolts you can reuse them. I haven't had any issues with noise. Though I did grease between each leaf when I assembled option 3 before installing. I used normal red "n" tacky grease from my local auto parts store. Also sprayed the bushings down with silicon grease.

When I picked up the pack from the shop I ordered from, the mechanic there said before you do your final tightening on the leaf assembly, put the truck on the ground, jump on the bumper a bit to settle the pack because if you instal and don't settle the pack, it could cause squeaking later on.

I just went to option 3 from option 2 this morning. Here's a couple pictures:
    Option 2 below
    20211124_093521.jpg

    Option3 below:20211124_142814.jpg

My truck was nose high with my motorcycle on the hitch hauler and the wood from my earlier post. The bike is almost always on the truck if I'm driving the truck so it kinda counts as a 400lb constant load lol. I'll get a picture tomorrow after I load up the bike and some gear for my road trip tonight.

Did you have any vibrations/shudder with your lift? Not sure if I'm being paranoid but I think I'm feeling a slight shudder if I take off from a stop. If I accelerate slowly from a stop it doesn't happen but if i give it a little more gas I think there's a little shudder there. I've ordered a carrier bearing spacer and I'm thinking about throwing that on.

I had that and the carrier bearing shims fixed it. I can't remember if they were 3/8in or 1/2in. You'll need longer bolts regardless.

I didn't with my add a leaf Icon pack. With this pack being on option 3, I get a tiny shudder on acceleration. I honestly forgot about it until you mentioned it. I think I have a carrier drop laying around I never needed, I should put it on but the vibration is so small and I am so used to it I don't worry about it. It's at about 12-18 mph I believe

When I was at option 2 I had a shutter on acceleration.

Option 1 I have no shutter.

Did you guys measure drive line angles at all after installs? I have a 2ndgen DCLB with option 2 and doing the carrier bearing drop got my angles close enough to only have small almost un-noticeable shutter at takeoff, barely anything more than it was before the lift. I didn't need axle shims or anything to correct angles.
