I had it on mine. 1st gear only, when pulling out. It was easily solved with 1/4in or 3/8in spacers. I can't remember which.

I did the diff bushing beforehand as I had subtle vibes on the stock suspension from new. Super easy to do.

No vibes here. I did install with the ARB FK29 carrier bearing spacer kit though.

Yeah I re read your post and realized you got ahead of that.

I’m experiencing vibes that feel a bit like the vibes I had from the needle bearing, which had gone away after I had the ECGS bushing installed. But those were at all speeds, now I have a very mild kind of rumbling vibe around 40 mph, and it’s hard to tell if it’s from front or back.

NP. Without being in the vehicle it's hard to say if it's from driveline or wheel balance. If you lifted the rear more than an inch it makes sense to throw on the carrier bearing spacer - just keeps everything that much happier back there. Also very easy to install - just do one side at a time and you don't need anything more than hand tools.

Somewhere on here I read that for the bearing spacer and axle shims, one is best for low speed vibes (like right when you start moving) and the other is best for vibes at cruising speeds, but I can’t remember where I saw it. They both would be easy installs.

About a year for the Option 2 to settle on my truck. I did about 5 trips in that time period and a full load out is probably more than option 2 is rated for. With a BAMF rack I'm sitting about level. Will probably go to option 3 before the next trip and see how it goes.

I went with option 2 and 5160s and I am right at 24" hub to fender on my DCLB. Stock is 22" so I got 2" on option 2. I tow a trailer with a 430 lb tongue weight and with about 120 lbs of additional weight in the bed(5 gal gas, 5 gal water, large tote of firewood, and a shovel) it sags about 1" Rides great when completely empty.
