That's a lot of weight for option 1... maybe a shock issue or flattened out leafs?

Depends where you buy them. Mine came with the ubolts but some sites sell them separately

So I jumped the gun a little. After unpacking and seeing a 2in difference, I panicked. I drove to work and home today and it seems to have settled/stretched out. With less than a 1/4 tank, the drivers side was 1/2 inch lower than passenger. I may just swap them and see if one spring is a little stiffer than the other.

The 1/2" difference is normal... look up "taco lean"

Yeah, I’m aware of the lean. I just filled up and will measure again in the am. I had OMEs on my 09 and they came with a + and - so I thought maybe these had the same/similar thing. I’ll probably switch them and see if one has a slightly higher spring rate.

Do you guys include U bolts? If so any way to edit some orders and switch the Ubolts to include a Flip kit and take away from the price as if including normal Icon U bolts? Kinda silly to have 2 sets of u bolts

They do not include u bolts so you can get your flip kit instead, give them a call super friendly and answered my questions!

Anyone run the rxt stage 2 with 5100s? Wondering if i need the extended shock or not i have a mid rise topper and about an extra 150-200lbs of gear in the bed at all times

I'm going to recommend you step up to something like a Bilstein 5125 which is an extended length 5100 to be able to capture that additional travel, but it will work. You just won't have much down travel since you're going to be lifting that rear end up.

Thanks was also looking at the 5125's i am not a hardcore wheeler the extended 5100s have too much travel for me

You don't need to be a hardcore wheeler to make use of a proper-length shock. Having your suspension max out on small dips or speed bumps is kind of annoying. And if you're pulling another couple of inches of height out of them at rest that doesn't leave much in the way of downtravel on 5100s. That said, you can always just run them and see if you find that you're finding the ends of your travel day-to-day. Swapping out rear shocks is generally an easy proposition, and you aren't going to ruin them in the interim.

Thanks for the insight on the 5125s just need to shorten the bushing sleeve for them to fit? As for the extended 5100s I guess limiting factory would more likely be the leafs or hitting the bump stop on opposite side? They just seem extremely long to me

Correct. Your limits are generally the bumpstop going up and the maximum droop of the leaf pack or the extended shock length going down.

I ordered a set of RXT leaf packs from shock surplus and didn’t notice until I had already installed one that the other was missing half of a bushing.. I contacted shock surplus about a new bushing and they’re looking at it but haven’t given me any update.

Looking around online it seems like Icon doesn’t even sell a replacement bushing, will I need to exchange the entire leaf?

I would assume if the reseller doesn't have anything you could reach out to Icon and they would be able to get you bushings.

Shock Surplus let me know that they could send me a bushing but that it might take a while and suggested reaching out to ICON. So I sent ICON a note and I’m waiting to hear back

Any cons to running on setting 3 without load most of the time in the bed? I occasionally haul motorcycles and equipment, looking for the max possible lift.

I am on option 2 with 100-150lbs static weight in the bed but I have riderite air bags for when I need to get heavy. Its a great combo to keep my daily ride softer, wheeling softer, but also able to carry some weight when I want to.
